Frank is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-founder of A Turning Point Counseling and Educational Services and the Managing Director of Del Fiugo Consulting. He works with individuals and couples in private practice.
He has provided training in Santa Clara County Superior Court, the Judicial Council of California, several bay area hospitals, Stanford, San Jose State, Santa Clara University, and JFK University on Dealing with Difficult People, Trauma, Resilience, and Intimate Partner Violence.
The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors recognized him in 2012 for 20 years of service as a professional working with individuals and impacted by domestic violence.
