About Nalini Channapatna Prasanna

I am a holistic anxiety therapist specializing in helping anxious overachievers, including adults, teens and couples manage anxiety, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome. My ideal client constantly pushes to excel in their career, academics, or personal life but feels overwhelmed by the pressure to be perfect. They doubt their achievements, fear they’re not enough, and struggle to set boundaries or say no to others. Rest feels like guilt, and balance seems unattainable. Physical symptoms like sleepless nights, muscle tension and burnout are common. Despite success, they feel stuck, comparing themselves to others and fearing judgment. I understand how overwhelming it can be to feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety and self-doubt. These symptoms are treatable. In our sessions, we’ll use evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices to help you manage anxiety. Through a holistic approach, I help my clients set boundaries, prioritize self-care, and manage stress. We’ll work together to address guilt, fear of judgment, and the pressure to succeed. My goal is to help you find balance, calm and build confidence. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward the peace you deserve.
