About Sahra Riccardi

Are you struggling with a harsh inner critic? Is your relationship with your self, your partner, your body, food, pornography, or sexual behaviors feeling out of control? Sometimes behaviors have a way of becoming secrets and taking over our lives.  We can get so caught up in a cycle of beating ourselves up, trying to feel better, and then beating ourselves up about the way we tried to feel better that it can seem impossible to break free. As a therapist specialized in treating out-of-control behaviors, my goal is to help you tap in to the power that can come from beginning to understand your inner cycles, shifting your relationship with your inner critic, and becoming empowered to create the life you want to lead. My practice is grounded in the concept that healing can come from what we do in the here and now.  You don't need to revisit all the toughest points in your life in order to find relief.  Healing can happen through a safe relationship in the comfort and privacy of your own home. All of us have an innate ability to heal and we all deserve empowerment, embodiment, pleasure, and joy.  Often we just need a compassionate space to figure out how.
