I'm the founder & director of The Flawed Journey. I’ve been helping my clients online, face to face and in the community overcome common issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, expatriate / relocation issues, relationship break ups, self - esteem issues, and most recently the C-19 response. I use a Person - Centred approach and works from therapy models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
