With over 15 years’ experience in different settings I now work online and by phone. I believe we all have the solutions to our problems within us and by having the opportunity to talk things through with an independent person, we can more easily navigate to where we want our lives to be. I have experience of working with young people and adults going through various issues including depression, anxiety, relationship and family problems, life events and changes, bullying, bereavement, childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse, work stress among others. I work with self referred adults including employees referred through their workplace. First session: Once we make our first session I will send you an invitation to an online appointment, information about what to expect, confidentiality, payment arrangements, our agreed rate and how to raise any concerns. I will ask you to confirm the above and that you are happy to proceed as arranged.
