We all make plans and have dreams for ourselves (whether related to relationships, family, career, etc.) and sometimes these plans have detours along the way. Perhaps this has left you experiencing feelings of sadness, anxiety, frustration, confusion, anger, or even depression. My role is to help you navigate your thoughts and emotions so that you can get back on the path you desire and move towards health and well-being.
I have created a supportive space for you to heal, cope, and grow during this life transition. I will empower you to increase self-understanding, develop resiliency, and adopt healthier thought patterns. The therapeutic interventions I implement are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy and will be tailored to your unique goals and needs. Therapy is offered online through a secure, HIPAA compliant platform for those who seek the convenience and accessibility of doing therapy from the comfort of their own home or office.
