About Caroline Matthes

Hello, my name is Caroline (she/her/hers). As someone committed to my own personal growth, I know how daunting it can be to share the most vulnerable parts of yourself with another. Therefore, I strive to build a space in which you feel safe and supported being your full, authentic self. While some relationships can be painful, I believe a safe therapeutic relationship can be a powerful tool for healing and growth. I utilize genuine curiosity, direct feedback, and humor to deepen self-awareness and empower you towards positive change. I specialize in identity development, building healthy relationships, boundary setting, life transitions, and honoring grief. I offer both individual and relationship work. I am queer, anti-racist, gender affirming, and body positive. Whatever brings you to therapy, I will work alongside you to identify patterns in which you feel stuck and opportunities for purposeful change. Together, we will both navigate your struggles and celebrate your successes.
