Stacy Andrews, MA,LPCC, NCC Specializes in working with high-achieving clients who struggle with perfectionism, adult survivors of trauma, and military populations. She is equally comfortable working with men and women, ages 15 and up. Stacy uses Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help people manage anxiety symptoms, overcome feelings of shame, and develop the skills to live the lives they’ve always imagined.
Stacy holds a master of arts in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Colorado.
