Many people seek counseling for answers. I'll let you in on a little secret: The answers are already within you! My job is to help you find them. As a human being, I recognize the importance of caring for the physical, psychological, and spiritual parts of a person and guide my counseling approach towards facilitating healing and growth in all areas. First and foremost, I focus on creating a safe and trusting relationship. I allow the client (you!) to direct the flow of the session and encourage you to embody the catalyst for change.
