About Lenya Samani

Many of us find ourselves, at some point in our lives, feeling overwhelmed and in need of support. During these difficult times, therapy can provide an invaluable lifeline. For other people, therapy is an opportunity for personal growth. Therapy offers an opportunity to engage in a meaningful relationship with someone who is non-judgemental, and provides a safe, supportive environment that remains consistent, beyond whatever else is going on in your life. Particularly at this time of dis-ease, unease, and uncertainty, there are many who find they are needing extra support, via the safety of online counselling. I am qualified as an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw on a variety of schools of thought and methodologies, including relational psychoanalysis, object relations, gestalt, attachment theory, the transpersonal approach, body psychotherapy, person centred therapy, and CBT. This enables me to tailor therapy to each, individual client. I trained at the Minster Centre, in Queen's Park, London (UK), and am a BACP member.
