Get your head strong.
My approach to therapy is down-to-earth. We'll talk about your life, your history, and your goals for the future. If you're having a hard time managing stress, anxiety, depression, or other concerns, we'll talk about that too. I know a few things that may help.
I am committed to helping adult & adolescent men and athletes know their strengths and get past their shortcomings in order to better themselves. I've helped athletes, coaches, veterans, college students, fathers, husbands, men in recovery, and others understand themselves and their interactions, find peace-of-mind, and gain the courage to to move forward.
I welcome clients from all spiritual, racial/ethnic, sexual, and political backgrounds.
