About Chloé Chandler
A recent MSc graduate in Counseling & Psychotherapy (University of Edinburgh), I have trained in both psychodynamic and person-centered theories. I also hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Eating Disorders & Clinical Nutrition (University College London), a Post-Graduate Certificate in Counseling Skills (COSCA - Counseling & Psychotherapy in Scotland) & a B.A. in Psychology. I am continuously developing my skills through continuing education courses in areas such as trauma & crisis interventions. I created HEALing Therapies in June 2020 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic & its subsequent psychological impact.
HEALing Therapies is a safe space for expats to do just that: heal. It’s affordable therapy in the form of virtual or in person (walk & talk) sessions, so that no matter where you are in the world, you can get help & support.
I’m proactive in my approach in that I try & help you find healthy coping skills & ways to tackle the issue(s) at hand to try & work towards resolution. I firmly believe that approaching problems with empathy, awareness and compassion is the best way to achieve relief.
I’m here to help.
