Brigitte Goldfarb-Safrana, Dip Clinical Counselling Lev 2
About Brigitte Goldfarb-Safrana
Having experienced transpersonal therapy myself for many years and still applying the concepts and learning in my everyday life, I became interested in sharing this knowledge with individuals who are experiencing identity crisis in the many forms that it can take ie) relationship issues, anxiety, loss of all kind, depression and other debilitating traumas...Since then I got my credentials as a clinical counsellor/hypnotherapist and opened a private practice in Sydney from 2009 to 2020 when I re-located to Tasmania.
I believe anyone can make changes in their lives no matter their age or phase of life. My practice is client centred and uses the principles of narrative therapy combined with sound pragmatic principles.
I follow the Code of Ethics of the Australian Counselling Association of which I am a member, am regularly supervised and keep on extending my knowledge through summits, courses and OPD.
