About Megan Rogers
I work with clients who want a holistic, integrative approach to brain health and overall wellness. I incorporate neuroscience, spirituality, mindfulness, and nutrition to help you feel better from depression and anxiety, and/or to help you quit drinking.
I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2009 and, recognizing that mental and physical health are inextricable, a health coach since 2011. Since then, I have obtained certificates in Women's Health Coaching from the Integrative Women's Health Institute; Gray Area Drinking Recovery Coaching; Biochemical and Nutritional Approaches to Mental Health and Addiction Recovery; Yoga Psychology; and EMDR II. I have additional specialty training in mindfulness, trauma, and women's hormonal health.
