About Diana Gonzales-Ricard
I am a bilingual psychotherapist with experience in outpatient mental health as well as providing home care to geriatric and medically frail individuals. I have worked with adults and at-risk youth in a clinical setting, and the developmentally delayed both in home and clinical settings. I am licensed to practice in NYS. In addition, I am a member of the International OCD Foundation, having completed supervision in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder under Dr Alec Pollard, Clinical Director. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, as well. Additionally, I am studying canine behavior with the goal of rehabbing shelter dogs and helping them to become therapy/service animals. Two of my own dogs are currently completing training to become therapy dogs.
