About Nora Griscom
In 1998, after graduating from Columbia University School of Social Work, I worked as a Primary Therapist at Four Winds Psychiatric Hospital Katonah, New York providing clinical services to patients and families, including psychotherapy, family assessment, crisis intervention and psychoeducation — offering them a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times.
In 2002, I became licensed in Palm Beach, Florida where my private psychotherapy provided specialty clinical counseling in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Divorce Adjustment, Work-Life Stress, Grief Counseling and Marital and Couples Counseling.
My modalities of treatment include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, play therapy, and Brainspotting.
