As a holistic wellness professional, it is very important for us to review your overall health, including your physical health, which cannot be separated from emotional health. I am happy to provide education about holistic wellness solutions specifically for each client. My goal is to build a trusting relationship in a safe, nonjudgmental space. As each individual is unique, I utilize various techniques based on your specific intentions. I am Level 3 trained Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an emotionally-focused approach that helps couples to discover shared admiration and meaning. I am also an addictions specialist. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, including hospitals, in adult and child/adolescent psychiatric, adult alcohol and substance abuse, and dual diagnosis units.
