About Jessica Rix

Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Idaho and California. She has experience working with people that have struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, illness, and unexpected life changes/transitions. Jessica has a passion to see people live more fulfilling lives and feels it’s a privilege to walk along side people during some of their most vulnerable moments. Jessica utilizes a holistic approach and heavily draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, in that the mind-behavior connection is powerful. What we think leads to what we feel and do. She believes each person and their story is unique, and therefore, each treatment plan is. Jessica is a firm believer in practicing what she teaches, and knows firsthand the power of therapy to find healing, restoration, and “the me I want to be.”
