I worked many years in leadership roles at multinationals in Romania and Canada and I understand the complex situations the leaders are confronted with. These roles helped me to develop communication and negotiation skills and abilities to mediate conflicts. I lived six years in Montreal, Canada and this helped me understand the problems emigrants and foreign countries residents must overcome. I came across many cultures and I mediated intercultural conflicts in small groups.
