About Shaina Feingold

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with individuals who are experiencing a wide range of clinical concerns, including trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, and attachment issues. I understand that everyone’s needs are different, and that not one modality fits all. Therefore, I use an integrative approach, utilizing both evidence-based practices and holistic modalities to help clients tackle even the most traumatic circumstances. I value the therapeutic relationship, and I make sure that clients feel safe and supported on their journey towards healing. I incorporate Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, as well as mindfulness strategies to help clients manage those challenging experiences. I work closely with clients to help them stay in the present moment and restore the mind-body connection. Remember, individuals are not defined by the negative experiences they have endured, anyone has the capacity to heal with the right approach and support.
