We sometimes find ourselves lacking motivation or just the ability to juggle and balance a busy life. Work, children, errands, appointments, oh my! Sometimes some of the smallest things may cause you to explode due to being overwhelmed! My approach includes holistic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered approach, and hypnotherapy to work with clients on strategies to overcome obstacles, personal challenges that they are facing, as well as reframing negative thoughts and beliefs.
In this approach, a significant amount of focus is placed on the client to teach skills that include but are not limited to: Learning to communicate effectively, learning the importance of creating healthy boundaries that can help with overcoming substance abuse, women’s issues, feelings of guilt, being overwhelmed, anxiety, anger, and depression.
