I assist individuals in creating the life they really want by helping people to identify and update dis-empowering/self-defeating/ unhealthy life patterns and beliefs, teaching skills to regulate emotions, and assisting people in reaching their goals. I am trained in multiple modalities, clinically tested/evidenced-based interventions, as well as, modalities newer to the Western World.
Some of these include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Brain Gym, EFT, Emotion Code/Body Code, Psychological-Kinesiology (Psych-K), Access Consciousness, and Donna Eden's Energy Medicine.
I have taught workshops on Suicide Prevention, Addiction, Healthy Relationships, and Self-Care. I am a licensure supervisor for clinicians seeking their LCSW's, LPC, and CADC I, II, and III. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in Chronic Illness, Burnout, Depression, and Anxiety.
