Welcome, I am currently accepting new clients. As an online therapist I use HIPPA compliant online video sessions to bring safe, secure support to you whether you are unable to leave you home or have difficulty finding services in your area. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon I am able to provide therapy to clients in Oregon as well as international clients. My professional counseling experience and training includes working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, trauma and crisis counseling, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I have had the opportunity to provide support to individuals in all stages of life, from college students to senior adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, work stress and relationship issues. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, empathetic space for you to express your thoughts and emotions as we work together, exploring your goals and finding new paths to meet the challenges in your life.
