Daily tasks are unbearable, you can’t seem to focus or get a grip. Your relationships are disconnected. You have lost the sense of joy things used to bring you. And what’s worse, the thoughts and memories that keep playing in your mind, like a song on repeat. You don’t feel safe anymore. Here you are, wondering if you will ever get out of this dark place. The good news is you don’t have to do it alone. Hope and freedom are just around the corner.
I am here to walk with you on this journey. My approach focuses on the client, forming a relationship that is real, honest, and caring. I focus on helping you break free from the bondage of disturbing, confusing, and upsetting events or traumas. You will feel supported, safe, and empowered. Through compassion and insight, you will find the freedom and hope you have been looking for.
As a therapist, my clients become more anchored in their own experience, deeply connected to their true self, aware of habits and patterns that get in their way. In our sessions, you will build confidence and strength in your capacity to move through life with clarity and care. You will develop the sense that you are experiencing your life well.
