Elisa Lyons, LMHC

Elisa has her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Iowa, and has many years of experience providing behavioral health and mental health counseling services in a variety of settings, and with a variety of populations from children as young as 3, through older adults. Elisa has special interest in working with children and adolescents, and treating survivors of trauma and abuse. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), and also gathers from cognitive behavioral, art/play/sand tray therapy, person-centered and expressive arts techniques to meet the needs of her clients.
