About Tina Gray-Siebers

I work from a strengths-based, client centered perspective and believe each person has within them the ability to heal and is the expert on their own lives. My role is to collaborate with you on your journey of healing, self-expression, and identifying and honoring your unique strengths. One type of therapy does not fit all so I use an eclectic approach to meet the needs of the individual. Some modalities I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, psycho-education, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and expressive arts. I use the creative process whenever it is possible and welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and draw from personal life experience in addition to my formal education. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from UW-Oshkosh, and my Master of Science degree in professional counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin. I completed internships at Yurk Counseling Services LLC and the Center for Suicide Awareness in Kaukauna. I have specialized training and experience in domestic violence, trauma informed care, crisis counseling, grief counseling, anxiety, depression, and career counseling. I also have attending many professional trainings and workshops over the years such as expressive art therapy, trauma treatment, nonviolent communication, and neurolinguistic programming. I continue to participate in conferences, continuing education classes and ongoing peer consultation to improve myAmerican Counseling Association skills both and in my work with clients. I am a professional member of both the American Counseling Association, the Wisconsin Counseling Association and the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association.
