About Veronica Cisneros
Hello! I know looking for the right Therapist can be challenging. However, feeling stressed and disconnected is even harder. Life is filled with several twists and turns, some more severe than others. We do our best to handle them as they come and find ourselves at a loss. Not knowing what to do, or who to turn to, I am here to assist you through this time of need. Together we will identify your strengths and goals. Together we will develop a plan to help you have the life in which you desire. I am compassionate, genuine and take a great deal of pride in providing an empathetic, nonjudgmental approach to all of my clients.
My personal and clinical experience has assisted me in providing help to others in times of emotional and mental distress. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In my experience these theories have provided my clients with the tools necessary to manage their lives.
I recognize how scary and uncomfortable it may feel to seek help. Luckily, you have already taken the first step toward change. We all desire happiness, fulfillment and peace with ourselves and our relationships. Allow me to assist you and your family for a healthier and stronger connection.
