Lori Kimmerly, LMFT

Hi there. I'm Lori Kimmerly and I've always been curious to the point my dad called me Curious George when I was kid. Everything was, "Why?". I'm still at heart a curious and this makes me so passionate about helping people. I never think I know so I'm always asking and wondering and thinking about how to help. I didn't start out a therapist but was in radio (yes, I was on the air as a disc jockey!) for many years so I'm passionate about transitions for women in particular. When we shift, how do we do that well? It's been my life work to help people figure that out. I've also spent the last five years working with couples from an emotionally focused, attachment lens and help couples find their way back to one another again. Finally, my inner nerd really comes alive when someone wants to talk about the enneagram. I'm a 4! The important stuff: BA from Houston Baptist University in 2003, MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University in 2008. I've been licensed since 2010 in the state of Washington.
