Brittany Hankard, LMFT
About Brittany Hankard
You seemingly have it all together – a great job, great friends, great family. And sometimes in small glimpses, you even feel like you do have it together!
But then things start to stack up and you start to feel overwhelmed and anxious- it starts being hard to say no to other people, and maybe you start skipping your exercise routine or you get some take out instead of eating that nutritious meal you planned on.
Making decisions becomes excruciating because you don’t feel confident in your ability to do things “right.” On the outside, you’re still joking around with your coworkers, but inside you doubt yourself and your vision for your life.
But you can’t shake this tiny knowing feeling inside that you deserve to feel good, like really good, and that you are here to live your purpose.
You love helping others, but somehow get stuck when it comes to really being there for yourself. You are looking for that mythical balance in your life when everything is singing together.
You would love to have positive, inspiring, supportive relationships with people who lift you up and support your goals. You want to find your voice, and feel worthy of going after your dreams.
I am non-judgmental, warm, and collaborative. Our sessions will be a place for you to explore your experiences and build a plan for you to start feeling better.
I exclusively offer online telehealth to my clients. I am currently offering individual therapy for clients located in Connecticut or Virginia. I am happy to discuss the benefits and limitations to online/video therapy during a free 15 minute video consultation.
I love helping women in VA and CT realize their awesomeness and feel powerful in their skin. I would love to be a part of your journey.
