About Keturah Welton

Seeking support and finding the right counselor can be an overwhelming process. My mission and vision of counseling and art therapy can help make that process easier. I provide a comfortable online space to explore your personal and relational goals. My philosophy includes living every day for the positive moments one desires and promoting a form of self-expression that emphasizes building stronger, personal relationships. Through a collaborative counseling and therapeutic journey, my approach utilizes a variety of client-centered techniques, contemplative practices of mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness. I offer art therapy, creative arts therapies, and more traditional counseling services. My process begins by identifying and exploring your goals for personal and relational growth. I will support you in overcoming barriers that are holding you back from living the life you desire and help you to choose a counseling approach that best meet your needs. More details: Note that while in a session I am unable to answer phone calls. Please leave a message or send an email and I will respond as soon as possible, typically within 24hrs. I hope to hear from you soon and to support you to blossom into your best self.
