I am trained in EMDR, a highly effective treatment for a host of issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression, that works on a deep level to help you release and heal from painful experiences.
I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness in my practice to help foster more helpful beliefs and ways of being in the world . If you shift your thinking, you can shift your life. As a certified yoga instructor, I can help you connect to where feelings are stored in your body and learn skills for grounding yourself in the present moment.
