About Melody Miller

Welcome! I am thrilled that you decided to give counseling a chance to change your life. This may have been a big decision for you. I want you to know that you are not alone. Whether you are looking for a nonjudgmental place to vent or maybe you have decided that you are unhappy with your current situation and need to make some tough decisions... I can help you through this. I really enjoy just talking to people and helping them figure out what they need to do to be happy. I am pretty laid back and nonjudgmental. I believe that people have the answers to most of the questions that they ask. They just need help sorting it all out. Past clients have often told me that I am easy to talk to, and they feel comfortable with me. Just a little bit about me…. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Substance Abuse Counselor. I have worked as a therapist for the past 9 years in the Western New York area. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with addiction or self medication, career challenges, and codependency. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. Asking for help might make you feel uncomfortable or weak but it actually takes tremendous courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you. I look forward to working with you! ~Melody
