About Pamela Pollock
I am a very interactive, solution-focused therapist who works with those dealing with current life challenges & long-standing issues. My treatment focus includes: abuse & trauma (sexual, emotional, physical, spiritual, domestic violence), anxiety & panic disorders, anger, grief & loss, life transitions, low self-esteem & self-confidence, relationship issues, and work-related concerns. Though I specialize in treating adult women who experienced childhood sexual abuse or other forms of trauma, I also work with men.
I offer a personalized approach that heals wounds which often prevent people from moving forward. I draw on family of origin and systems theory, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and a faith-based approach when appropriate. I am also a personal coach and routinely bring coaching principles into my work.
My desire is to support clients in developing their strengths, achieving their goals, and attaining the personal growth and freedom they desire. I invite you to call for a 30-minute complimentary, no-obligation conversation to discuss your counseling needs to see if it would be a good fit to work together.
