I am a licensed clinical psychologist currently residing in Seattle, WA. I earned my doctoral degree from the University of Vermont in beautiful Burlington and continued my advanced training in Denver, CO, and Salt Lake City, UT. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and adjustment to disability. I also have experience providing services in a wide range of practice settings including community mental health, private practice, psychiatric units, and inpatient and outpatient hospital clinics. My therapy style is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy and branches out to other evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Parent Management Training, and Family Systems. I create custom and flexible treatment plans for every individual in an effort to provide the best type of care; I believe that there is no single approach that works for everyone. It is very important to me that every person feels accepted and respected throughout our work together.
