Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Texas with over 8 years of experience working as a mental health professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, compassion fatigue, grief, abandonment issues, attachment issues, ADHD, autism, self-harm, young adult issues, social anxiety, communication issues, LGBT issues, shame, and hoarding, I also helped many people who have experienced physical, sexual and emotional trauma. I have managed local crises and provided ongoing support for clients struggling with PTSD. I have worked in various settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, long-term residential care, outpatient, in-home care, and community support programs. I offer a counseling style that is non-judgmental, empathetic, respectful, warm, and humorous. I am driven by the need to meet my clients where they are. My broad theoretical and therapeutic approaches are based on individual needs. They include, but not limited to, narrative therapy, solution-focused, mindfulness-based therapy, person-centered, trauma-focused, motivational interviewing. We will work together to design a treatment plan to meet your individual and specific needs.
