About Avery Wasmanski

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been working in the mental health field since graduating from West Chester University in 2012. I have worked with a variety of clients from various backgrounds with challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, major life changes, as well as have worked with individuals who have experienced significant traumatic life events. I work from a trauma-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approach, while alwa
