Hello and welcome, My name is Kelly (she/her) and I'm grateful you stopped by today. I believe every human has potential, and while we all face challenges, we all also deserve support. I received a master in social work degree in 2008 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I also received a master in public health degree in 2012. For more than a decade I have enjoyed clinically supporting people with myriad concerns including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, family dynamic stresses, poor communication styles, racial discrimination, trauma and more. My approach to the work is empathetic, relaxed and strengths-based. I believe in honoring the dignity and worth of every individual and pride myself in providing compassionate and comprehensive care. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral theory, and I enjoy using narrative and mindfulness techniques in a strengths-based, solution-focused and client-centered way. Taking this first step to seek help in hopes of creating meaningful change is admirable- - congratulations! If you are ready to go down this path, I would love to help support you along the way. I look forward to connecting!
